The Community Disaster Resilience Planning Guide website (CDRP) consists of material provided through cdrp.jibc.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”. Use of the Site is subject to all of the following Terms of Use, which CDRP has the right to revise at any time without providing notice. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Use will mean you accept the changes. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the Site.

In any case of a discrepancy between content on the Site and official printed content published by ADRP, the official ADRP-printed version shall be deemed to be correct and prevail.

Unless specified otherwise, all material on the Site is the property of ADRP. CDRP is protected by copyright, trade-mark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties and all such rights shall continue to be the property of ADRP.

JIBC reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, and any such use shall be discontinued upon written notice from JIBC.

The Site includes documents – in various formats – that can be downloaded. Restriction or Termination of Access to the Site
CDRP may in its sole discretion restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer permitted to access the Site. CDRP is not liable to any party for such termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia for any claim, proceeding or action under the Terms of Use against ADRP. These Terms of Use shall constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and CDRP with respect to and governing your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
