Hazard Resilience Index (HRI)

Hazard Resilience Index: The specific measures, activities, or resources a community may have or may have taken to become resilient to local and regional hazards as noted in the HRA.

The instruction document provides instructions on the use the tool to assess your community’s resiliency to the hazards utilizing the same 17 categories and associated hazards as the HRA.

The Hazard Resilience Index (HRI) Documents

The Hazard Resilience Index (HRI) tool provides an assessment of the community's resilience in the face of locally identified hazard-risk priorities. There are 17 categories of hazards for you to assess your resilience.
