Dokis First Nation, ON, is located on the French River near Lake Nipissing. The Ojibway community is located on an island and a larger tract of land separated from the mainland by a lake and river system. The resident population is approximately 200. It is serviced by a wide range of infrastructure including high speed internet, hydro-electric power, school, water treatment, fire/police and health services.
